This brand NEW Step-it-up Stencil is designed to create quick, customizable designs by combining one strokes, bling clusters and festival glitter! These ballerina torsos are sized just right to go on the forehead, with a space below that allows you to add a tutu with one strokes, or create your own tutu bling clusters!
Stencil measures about 4″ x 6″ overall, and is made of sturdy 7.5 mil Mylar.
