This brand NEW Step-it-up Stencil is designed to create quick, customizable designs by combining one strokes, bling clusters and festival glitter! These fairies are sized just right to go on the side of the face or forehead, with a space left intentionally blank, allowing you to add a tutu with one strokes, or create your own tutu bling clusters!
Stencil measures about 4″ x 6″ overall, and is made of sturdy 7.5 mil Mylar.
