ASE READ THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THIS WEBSITE.  All users of this site agree that access to and use of the site are subject to the following Terms & Conditions and other applicable law. If you do not agree to these Terms & Conditions, do not use this site.


Shipping costs generally start at $7.00 and go up depending on order size. However, sometimes it may not be totally accurate, for example, if you spend $100 on stencils or books…if we can fit them in a flat rate envelope, the shipping will be much less than the site calculates. In this case, we will issue you a refund for any extra shipping you’ve paid beyond the actual shipping cost.

Our standard method of shipping is USPS Priority Mail, which includes tracking and insurance. You should be able to access your tracking number by logging into your Paypal account. However, if you don’t set up an account or have any other trouble accessing this, please contact us and we will be happy to give you your tracking information!

We want nothing more than for your order to arrive safe, sound and soon! However, we are only able to ship to the shipping address that you give us, so please ensure that you have entered the correct address, and that your Paypal account has your current address. We are not responsible for packages in transit; once they leave our doorstep they are out of our hands and under the responsibility of the US Postal Service. We will, however, help in any way we can if your package is lost by providing tracking information. If it is determined that the USPS is at fault and your package is lost in transit, we can open a case with them, collect insurance and refund you for your order.

If you give us the wrong address, we cannot refund you for your order. Your options at that point are to place a new order, or wait it out to see if your package is forwarded to your new address, or if it is returned back to us as undeliverable. If the latter, you have the choice to receive a refund for your order minus shipping once it has returned to us, or to be invoiced for shipping costs to re-ship to the correct address.

International Shipping

We do not have our site set up currently for international shipping, however, if you would like to place an order outside the US, please contact us and we will be happy to calculate your shipping costs and options! Once you approve your shipping method and costs, we will email you a Paypal invoice for your custom order total.

Returns & Exchanges

Sometimes we click the wrong button. Sometimes we accidentally order something we didn’t realize we already have. And sometimes we go on online shopping sprees in a moment of weakness. No fear! We are happy to accept returns of any product that is shipped back to us in brand new condition, unused and in it’s original packaging, within 14 days of the original purchase transaction. To initiate a return, please contact us and let us know what you’re sending back. Then ship your items to Paintertainment, 6020 Aspen Road, Mound, MN 55364. Once we receive your items and confirm that they are in brand new, sellable condition, we will issue you a refund.

As generous as we are, we unfortunately cannot pay for you to return something if you ordered it and changed your mind…the shipping costs in this case are on you. Choose whatever method you like, however, know that the product must arrive in it’s original condition so pack it well. Insurance and tracking is recommended since it is imperative that your returns arrive to the right place, in brand new condition!

If the error is ours, however, we will do whatever it takes to make it right. I do everything I can to get your orders out as soon as possible, and sometimes that means packing up an order in my pj’s at midnight to catch the next day’s pickup. And, being a human, sometimes I may very rarely miss something, pack the wrong color, or whatever. If this happens, please let me know as soon as you receive your order so I can make it right. In most cases I will immediately ship anything missing (via Priority Mail, no extra charge to you of course), and if I’ve packed the wrong item, I’ll likely tell you to keep what you have and I’ll immediately send the right one. If something arrives damaged, let me know! I am known for packing things very well, but never know what exactly happens once it leaves my hands!

If you’re an artist, you know how much hard work goes into making visual things, such as this website. You also know how maddening it is when people steal your work to make their own lives easier. Please don’t copy content from this site.

I’m a really generous person, however, and you may be surprised at what I may be willing to share, so if you want to use or share something, just ask! I won’t bite, I promise!

Product Representations

We do our absolute best to display the colors of the products we sell as accurately as possible. However, because the monitor you are viewing from is different than ours, and we have no control over your monitor’s displays whatsoever, there is no possible way for Paintertainment LLC to guarantee that the product you will see will look exactly as it does on your screen. The best way to ensure any product’s specific color is exactly as you hope it to be, is to get together with fellow artists and try other brands in person. If you have any questions regarding color or anything else about a product, always feel free to contact us before making a purchase! Likewise, if something arrives and you can see right away that it is not what you are hoping for, see our policy above for returns. If you wish to accept the expense of shipping a product back to us, we can refund you if you have NOT used any of the product.

The Site may contain links to the websites of third parties, including social media sites, blogs, distributors and product manufacturers’ sites. Paintertainment LLC is not responsible for and has no liability for the functionality, actions, inactions, privacy settings, privacy policies, terms, or content of any such third party website(s). Before interacting with any such website, Paintertainment LLC recommends that you review and understand the Terms & Conditions, privacy policies, settings, and information-sharing functions of each such third party website. The links to third party sites on our site do not constitute an endorsement by Paintertainment LLC of such third party sites. You use other sites at your own risk.

Website Errors & Product Shortages

In the event that a product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, we will issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.

In the event that we are out of a product that you have ordered, we will first try to contact you via email and offer you the option to swap out the product, receive a refund for it, or in the event that it is on backorder, have us ship the shorted product once we have it back in stock. We do not make product substitutions without your consent! In an effort to keep your order shipping in a timely fashion, however, if we do not hear back from you within 24 hours, our default action will be to refund you for the item(s) we are out of, and ship everything else as planned.
