Celebrate Day 95: “Read a Road Map Day!”

Today is “Read a Road Map Day!”  This is one of those things my kids will never understand…when I learned to drive I had a 2″ thick map book of my city and had to use that to get around.  Boy, does that make me feel old! My boys are kindof obsessed with maps though so I hope to teach them how to actually read a map when they get older, vs relying totally on GPS! 😉

I realized AFTER I painted this one that it would have been an awesome idea for a camouflage paint! Dang! Next time…I’ll add this to my list of future ideas! 🙂

Celebrate Day 93: “Find a Rainbow Day!”

Today is “Find a Rainbow Day!”

What a perfect day for a face painter to celebrate!! Today I painted some rainbow ribbons on my hands, using three popular rainbow one stroke cakes!  The top finger is done using TAG “Rainbow Four.”  The center finger is Cameleon’s “Rainbow Wow,” and the bottom is Global’s “Leanne’s Rainbow!

Check out our huge assortment of split cakes in the shop today, and find your rainbow!
