A favorite of many professional face painters as a base color, especially for children who don’t like the feeling of a wet paint on or around their eyes. Most artists prefer to apply StarBlends with a DRY brush or sponge. Our Lollipop Blenders are perfect for dry application and cost just $1.00 each! StarBlends can also be applied with a wet sponge or brush, however, once you decide to use it wet you must always use it wet as it absorbs the water and then doesn’t go on the same dry. Comes in a 2 ounce cake (56 gm). Container measures 3-1/8″ in diameter and 3/4″ thick.
